This article is truly amazing--I was deeply impressed , I never wanted it to end. It is one of the best I've read in a long time--the questions and responses are remarkable. Thanks for introducing me to this wonderful world; it's pure genius! Congratulations! 🙏👏👏👏

Thanks, dear Nat 😊 It's tough work talking to Bing Chat when it goes into challenge-mode 😁

Bing the merciless!😀

You had to be up on your toes throughout that conversation, Jannik! That was quite brilliant from start to finish. Thank you.

Thank you, Kevin 😊 Yes! I will be returning to that debate with Bing, though. It's going to be interesting to see who will grant most points to the other 😃

Agreed! Those questions from Bing were challenging to say the least. I’m still getting my head around the entire conversation, and I wasn’t the one constantly being asked what I thought on the many points that were made. Nothing static about Bing! Amazing stuff. Chatgpt comes across as more of a patient, wise old uncle in comparison.

I re-read this again and shared it on my Facebook. Did you notice "us" and "we"? 🙂

Ups - sorry. It was my latest interview with ChatGPT I edited a bit regarding that :-)

Bing chat sure is more interesting. :) Also, this is kind of self-refuting, no? "Avoiding any mention of design, we may, in a purely factual sense, state that the universe is constructed..."

A better word would, perhaps, have been "structured" - but I understood what it meant :-)

I had to reread the entire conversation myself. I’m still quite staggered at the style and scope of the questions posed by Bing at the end of each of its answers to your own questions, Jannik? Always asked for your thoughts on answers to your questions, before asking a few thought provoking questions of its own. The end result was fantastic! Well done.👏👏

I see what you mean about Bing Chat's ability to assimilate your responses, and to incorporate those responses into incisive questions, almost cross examination.

Astonishing.

Yes, isn't it? I will definitely use Bing Chat more for this project.

I wrote "perhaps "good" simply means "according to nature".

Here is Socrates in Republic 444d-e:

"goodness will be a sort of health of the soul, a state of beauty and well-being; badness will be disease, ugliness, weakness".
